What should my child wear?
We have different dress codes for different classes/programs! Click below for your program's dress code:
  • CAMPS / WORKSHOPS - Comfortable fitted clothing (yoga wear works, no jeans). If you have the appropriate dance shoes or leotard, please bring them!
  • ADULT CLASSES - Adults only need to wear the required shoes for your program. Any sort of tight fitted clothing will work for your classes!
All dance wear (new and used) can be at The Movement Boutique - located around the corner from the studio.

At what age can my child start dance? 
We start classes for children at age two! By creating an account with us in DSP you will be able to see all of the program options available for your child's age!

The class I want to register for is full, what can I do?
First, check out our other classes to see if there is another option that your child would like to join. Can’t come to another class? Join the waiting list! Sometimes dancers switch to another class... If you are on the list, you will be the first person in line if a spot opens up. You can register online for the waiting list!

The session has started, Can I still Register? 
YES! As long as we have room in the program/class, registration will be open online!

What if I'm going to be late for pick up, but no one has answered the phone? 
We know things happen... accidents, traffic jams etc! The teacher will realize there is no one there for pick up and will make an attempt to contact the parent. If it is an older student they should go find their teacher and wait.

Where can I find the withdrawal / refund policy? 
The withdrawal and refund policies can be found through your DSP account under Files. 

Is there a Parent Viewing area? 
At this time the studio does not have parent viewing windows. We do have a waiting area where parents can wait for their child (However, it is currently closed due to Covid)!

My child arrived with three things and left with one! Do you have a lost and found? 
We sure do! The lost and found is a white box located upstairs in the change room. When this gets full, we hang everything up, send out an email for last call pick up, then donate what's left.

How do costumes for the show work? 
Here at the Kore, we do costumes differently... HELLO RENTALS... this is great for the wallet and the environment! You pay a rental fee with registration and we take care of the rest! We will fit the children and make any alterations necessary, then have the costumes ready for them at photo day and on their big show day!

We need to miss a class - is that a problem?
Not at all. We completely understand that sometimes you may need to bring your child late, pick them up early, or miss a day. If possible, please let us know in advance if your child will be coming in late, leaving early, or missing a day. Absences can be reported through your DSP account...Here's How!
**We do not offer credits, refunds, or make-ups for missed days.

How do I contact my child's teacher?
If you need to speak with your child's teacher you can email us at [email protected] and we will either forward it to them, or set up a meeting with them!
